At SKINOVA, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

  • International: 8–21 business days

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  • We will investigate with the carrier

A package is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days from shipment.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply
  • We are not responsible for lost deliveries caused by address errors

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local carrier
  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary

SKINOVA is not liable for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
