You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • be in the same condition that you received it
  • be unused 
  • be in its original packaging
  • include all original components and accessories
  • include a receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-refundable:

  • Heavily used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Final sale items

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible cases:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item received
  • Item not delivered within 30 days

❌ Not eligible:

  • Normal product results may vary
  • Minor packaging damage
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

To protect both our customers and our business:

  • All claims must be submitted to support@skinovaus.com before initiating a dispute
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order blacklisting
